Colombian Pact

The Colombian Pact is a loose military confederation that congregates the main rebel provinces and states of the Viceroyalty of New Granada, including the Republic of Venezuela, the Sovereign Province of Cartagena, the Province of Santa Marta, the Free State of Darien and the Republic of Cundinamarca.

The provinces of Antioquia and Socorro have declare in rebellion to Spain but have not subscribed the Colombian Pact.
