The Thompinian scripting system came first for crypting Spanish an then extended for crypting other languages including English and Swedish.
Usually in Thompinization (writing with the Thompinian script system), letter by letter or diagraph by diagraph transcription is followed in bases of orthography, not phonetics, but phonetics in a language are used for deciding which codes are used. If a diagraph has an special value in a language, would probably be translated into a special sign.
Thompinized English is based in Romanized English where: all <a> are translated into <>,
